Cancellations and refunds

The items in this store are appointments, not goods, so there is nothing to return.

To reschedule or cancel, contact us at bookings@heads.ph or +63 917 586 0145 at least 24 hours before your appointment. We will move your booking to another date at no charge.

Refunds. If you cancel within that notice period, we refund the full amount to your original payment method within seven banking days. If you do not attend and have not told us, we may retain the booking fee to cover the reserved time.

If we cancel, you receive a full refund or a new appointment, whichever you prefer.

Hair for Hope donation haircuts are a charitable programme; if you need to reschedule, simply tell us and we will make room for you.
